How it works

  1. Discovery call. 15 minutes. We learn the brand, the event, the goal, the budget. No deck required.

  2. Concept + quote. Within 5 business days you get a written concept, a fixed quote, and a list of what we need from you.

  3. Build. We source, customize, and ship the activation. You stay in the loop with one point of contact.

  4. Show up. We arrive on-site, set up, run the experience for the duration of the event, and pack out clean.

Stoned x Steph is a custom activation studio out of Toronto. We started with kids’ birthdays in 2019, moved into bar and bat mitzvahs, and now build branded activations for corporate events across North America.

That path matters. Every booth we run was pressure-tested at a 200-kid mitzvah where the line never stopped moving. By the time we show up at your trade show, the operation is dialled.

  • We’re based in Toronto and run activations across Canada and the United States. We can be on-site in any major North American market within 72 hours of a signed scope.

  • Most corporate activations run between $[X,000] and $[XX,000] all-in, depending on guest count, format, and customization. You get a fixed written quote within 5 business days of our discovery call — no surprises.

  • Two to six weeks is comfortable. We’ve turned activations around in under a week when needed. If you’re reading this less than 14 days from your event, just call.

  • Yes. Send a brand book and we work to it — colours, logos, tone, do-not-do list. Every piece of swag goes through brand approval before a single one is made.

  • Yes. We arrive early, run the activation for the full duration of the event, and pack out clean. The only thing we ask of you is power and a 10×10 footprint (or larger, depending on format).

  • We carry $[X]M in commercial liability insurance and can name your venue as additionally insured. Standard MSA available; we also work to most enterprise procurement templates.
